When do I choose my date?
After checkout. We'll text you to lock in any day that suits you, 7 days a week. You'll also get a link in your confirmation email to pick a date yourself.
How does the monthly plan work?
We clean all 3 bins once a month. Your first clean is half price, then you pay a flat monthly price, charged automatically. You can cancel any time after your 2nd clean.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just make sure we can get to your bins, like an unlocked side gate.
Do my bins need to be empty?
No. We take everything out, clean the bin and put it all back neatly. General waste goes back in one bag. Recycling and green waste go back loose, the way council collects them.
Do you charge extra for really dirty bins?
No. Maggots, sludge, whatever's in there, the price is the same.
Do you use my water?
Yes, we use your outdoor tap. A clean only uses a small amount of water.
Which bins do you clean?
Any standard wheelie bin: general waste, recycling and green waste.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it free, or refund you in full. One-off cleans can be cancelled any time before your clean. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time after your 2nd clean.
