Terms of Service
These terms apply to services booked with Get Scrubbed (getscrubbed.au), an exterior cleaning service in the Hills District and surrounding areas, NSW.
1. Our services
Bin cleaning is booked and paid online. Window cleaning, solar panel cleaning and pressure washing are quoted and agreed separately.
2. Bin cleaning
We clean bins any day of the week, whether they're full or empty. For general waste, we temporarily bag the contents, clean the bin, then return the contents in one bag. For recycling and green waste, we temporarily place the contents on a clean tarp, clean the bin, then return the contents loose. We don't remove or dispose of your rubbish.
3. What we need from you
- Access to your bins (e.g. an unlocked side gate)
- Access to an outdoor tap
- A correct address and preferred date when booking
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in AUD and paid upfront. There are no extra charges for dirty bins. Monthly plans are billed automatically until cancelled.
5. Scheduling
We'll contact you to confirm a time. Weather or safety issues may mean we need to move your clean, and we'll always let you know.
6. Photos
We take before and after photos to confirm each job. We may use photos of bins or cleaned surfaces (never people or identifiable property details) on our website and social media.
7. Damage
We take care with your property. If you believe we caused damage, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we'll work with you to fix it.

9. Your rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
